When you meet Paul and strike up a business relationship, you get to know a guy with over four decades of supplier and distributor experience. He started off working in the warehouse at Ward Brothers, moved on to Sales, eventually working his way up to Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Paul truly has seen and done it all in the industry.
That experience is valuable. It helps mold his philosophy that in order for a customer to succeed, you need to know what they need to run their business. Be there to support them and if you help them succeed, you succeed.
Paul “officially” retired from NetPlus Alliance in December 2012, however he remains as a key consultant to the group and continues to pen his popular newsletter article, “Paul’s Picks” for the NetPlus Exchange newsletter.
A father of three, Paul enjoys hunting, fishing and photography when he’s not at the office.
On working with Dan:
“Dan and I have spent over 40 years working together. While in high school and college, he spent his summers working in the warehouse at his family’s business. At that time I was working in inside sales. So you might say we ‘grew up’ learning the business together. I would also say we’ve had a lot of fun along the way. I think the reason we have had such a long relationship is we both have similar core values.”
